Return & Refund Policy
At Shop Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns
A return may be accepted when:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was sent
- The product is significantly different from its description
For damaged or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs if requested.
Condition of Returned Products
Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, returned products should generally be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- Complete with accessories and included parts
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable products
- Gift cards
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons after opening
- Final-sale or clearance products where clearly stated
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under law.

Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong or defective product, Shop Mart may cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For other eligible returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Refund Exceptions
A refund may be reduced or refused where a returned product has been used, damaged, altered, or is missing parts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
